VK LEGAL Founder to Participate in Webinar on MiCA After Grandfathering

On 3 September 2026, VK LEGAL founder and managing lawyer Vladimiras Kokorevas will participate in the webinar “MiCA after grandfathering: One framework, different realities.”

The webinar will consider how the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) framework is taking shape in practice following the end of the transitional period, with perspectives from Lithuania, Poland and Germany.

The panel will consider the relevance of pre-MiCA regulatory backgrounds and supervisory approaches to CASP authorisation, market access and business planning.
